Screen Printing

Vibrant, durable prints on tees, hoodies, and totes — pulled by hand on our own shop floor, not shipped off to a contract printer.

How it works

From your art to your team's hands, step by step.

01

Send us your art

Vector preferred (.ai, .eps, .pdf), but we'll work with what you've got — we re-draw, re-trace, and clean up files for free as part of every project.
02

Mock-up + approval

You'll see a digital proof on the actual garment color before any screen is burned. Tweaks are free until you're happy.
03

Screens burned, color matched

We burn screens and mix inks in-house, matching to PMS or hex when brand fidelity matters. No outsourcing, no surprises.
04

Pressed, checked, packed

Each shirt is pulled, cured, and inspected on our floor. Defects don't get packed — your order ships with full count, full quality.

Why Bright Way

Screen Printing, done right here.

Two things make our decoration shop different from the catalog-printer default.

01

Pulled by hand, not a contract printer

Most local shops broker your job to a faceless contract printer in another state. We pull every screen ourselves in Mount Holly — no middleman markup, no quality lottery.
02

Real proofing before you commit

You see the proof on the exact garment, in the exact ink, before we run hundreds. If something looks off, we fix it on the screen — not on your dollar.

Common questions

Quick answers, straight up.

What's the minimum order?

+

25 pieces for screen printing on apparel. Smaller runs are possible via DTF (direct-to-film) — ask us and we'll route your project to whichever process makes sense for the quantity.

How long does turnaround take?

+
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from final art approval. Rush is available — we've turned full orders in 48 hours when needed.

What art file formats do you need?

+

Vector files (.ai, .eps, or vector .pdf) are best — they scale cleanly to any size. We also accept high-res PNGs and PSDs, and our team will re-draw or re-trace lower-quality files.

How is multi-color pricing handled?

+
Each ink color requires its own screen, so cost scales with color count. Most logos are 1–4 colors. We'll quote your art exactly and let you know if a color reduction would save you money without losing impact.
