How it works

From your art to your team's hands, step by step.

01

Send us your logo

Any decent vector or high-res file works. We review it and flag anything that won't translate well to thread before you commit a dime.
02

We digitize once

Embroidery files are different from print files — we convert your logo into stitch paths, optimize the trim and stop sequence, and save the file forever. No re-digitizing fees on reorders.
03

Stitched proof, your approval

We sew a proof on an actual garment. You see it before we run the rest — thread match, density, and placement all signed off.

04

Run, trim, inspect, ship

Multi-head machines run your batch. Every garment is hand-trimmed and inspected, then folded and packed. We don't let loose threads ship.

Why Bright Way

Embroidery, done right here.

Three things make our decoration shop different from the catalog-printer default.
01

Digitized right the first time

A bad digitizing job ruins every shirt that follows it. Our digitizers know how a Carhartt polo behaves differently from a satin cap — we tune the file to the garment, not just to the logo.
02

Locked-in color & placement

Logo on the chest, not floating somewhere near it. We lock thread color, stitch density, and placement on day one and reorder against the same spec for years.
03

Stitched on-site

Our embroidery floor is in Mount Holly. Same shop, same operators, same machines — every order. No "sent out for finishing" surprises.

Common questions

Quick answers, straight up.

What's the minimum order?

+

12 pieces for embroidered apparel. Need a smaller order? Repeat logos may be able to be utilized for smaller runs.

Is there a digitizing fee?

+
First-time digitizing is a one-time charge per logo (typically $40–$75 depending on complexity). After that, your file lives on our system forever — no re-digitizing for repeat orders.

How many stitches will my logo be?

+
Most chest-size logos run 5,000–10,000 stitches; jacket-back or large logos can be 20,000+. Pricing is stitch-count-based — we'll quote your exact logo before you approve.

Can you match Pantone or hex colors in thread?

+

We match as closely as commercial thread allows — Madeira thread libraries cover most brand standards. We send a virtual stitched color proof on an actual garment before the run.
